There is a phrase that came out of Carnival 2026 that I am going to hold onto for a long time. One of our guests, somewhere between a 3am makeup run and a last-minute costume collection, looked at us and said it plainly: “You all are problem solvers.”
And you know what? They were not wrong.

Now let me tell you about one of my favourite decisions we made this Carnival season.
Carnival Monday and Tuesday are everything. The road march, the costumes, the music, the pure energy of playing mas. But the days leading up to it matter too. The body needs to be ready. The mind needs to be clear. The spirit needs to be fed.
So on Carnival Sunday, we took our groups to Maracas Bay.
Picture it. The sun on the water. The smell of bake and shark drifting from the vendors. The sound of waves replacing soca for just a few hours. Guests who had been running on adrenaline and excitement finally getting to exhale. And because this is Tebet Tours, we did not just show up at the beach and hope for the best. Tents and beach chairs were pre-booked and waiting. Shade secured, comfort guaranteed, nothing left to chance. Guests floated, laughed freely, and had nothing on the agenda but pure enjoyment.
