Sole Trinidad and Tobago Member of Global DMC Alliance

On September 2, 2026, Tebet Tours officially became a paid member of Global DMC Alliance, making us the sole representative from Trinidad and Tobago within this respected international network. This membership comes after months of research and careful deliberation, and it opens the door to meaningful partnerships with destination management companies around the world.

Being part of this alliance means more opportunities to connect global travel partners with the authentic experiences Trinidad and Tobago has to offer, all grounded in the warmth and hospitality of the Trinbagonian people, which has always been at the heart of who we are.

Featured in the Trinidad Guardian

Adding to the excitement, Tebet Tours founder and Managing Director Marcus C Baptiste was featured in the September 2, 2026 edition of the Trinidad Guardian’s “We Community” section, under the headline “Marcus C Baptiste shifts focus to service, tourism.”

The feature highlighted the journey behind Tebet On Wheels (TOW), the accessible tourism service born out of Tebet Tours that provides wheelchair accessible daily living assistance and tour experiences. The article traced how a passion for culture and community grew into a mobile service designed to help persons with disabilities enjoy comprehensive daily living support, and how that same spirit of service now extends into inclusive tourism experiences across Trinidad and Tobago. TOW was set up to augment the important work already being done by others in accessibility tourism in Trinidad and Tobago, adding capacity and support to a space with committed advocates.

Looking Ahead

From supporting accessible tourism in eastern Trinidad to now standing among a global network of destination management companies, Tebet Tours continues to grow while staying true to its roots: sharing beautiful, meaningful experiences rooted in the genuine hospitality of our people.
